Troubleshoot sign-in links and verification codes

If a sign-in code expired or a login link looks wrong, the fastest fix is usually to start the sign-in flow again.

First things to try

  • request a fresh sign-in link from the Sandtime.io home page or the sign-in page,
  • check spam or junk folders,
  • confirm the mailbox can receive messages from sandtime.io,
  • if you copied the link out of an email app, try opening the mailbox in a browser instead.

If messages do not arrive

Sometimes the recipient domain blocks or bounces authentication emails. In that case:

  • verify the email address carefully,
  • ask your IT team to review inbound mail filtering,
  • try another supported sign-in method if available.

Some email clients or redirectors can break long authentication links while copying or opening them. Opening the email in a browser often avoids that issue.
