Find data that appears missing after sign-in

If your Sandtime.io dashboard looks empty or projects, timesheets, or reports seem to be gone, do not recreate them yet. Each organization is a separate workspace, so the data may be under another organization available to your account.

1. Check the active organization

Open the account menu from your profile avatar in the top-right corner and check the organization name. Review every organization listed under Organizations.

If you need the exact steps, see How to switch organizations or workspaces.

2. Confirm which account you used

Make sure you signed in with the email address that was invited to the organization. A different email address may open a different set of organizations.

3. If the organization is not listed

  • Check whether you accepted the invitation to join the organization.
  • Ask an administrator of that organization to confirm that your account still has access.
  • If necessary, sign out and use the email address that received the invitation.

4. If the organization is visible but the data is not

Contact Sandtime.io support and include the organization name, the type of data you expected to find, and the approximate dates involved. Never send your password or a verification code.

To add another workspace, see Create a new organization. For an overview of separate workspaces, see Create and switch organizations.
