Can Liberation Day change the Netherlands annual total?
Yes, if the employee’s agreement makes May 5 a working day rather than a day off. The date is an official holiday, but that status does not by itself settle time off. If the workplace works a listed weekday holiday, add its scheduled hours back to the reference budget; do not change everyone’s calendar automatically.
