How to archive and unarchive reports in Sandtime.io

When a saved report is no longer part of your routine, archive it instead of deleting it. An archived report disappears from the reports list but keeps its full definition, so you can bring it back at any time.

Archive a report

  1. Open Reports in the main navigation.
  2. Open the report you want to archive.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Archive and confirm.

You stay on the report page and an Archived badge appears next to the report name.

Show archived reports

Archived reports are hidden from the reports list by default. To see them, turn on the Show archived reports toggle on the Reports page. Archived reports show an Archived badge on both tiles and list rows.

Pinned reports that are archived are also hidden from the Dashboard until you unarchive them.

Unarchive a report

  1. On the Reports page, turn on Show archived reports.
  2. Open the archived report.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Unarchive and confirm.

The badge disappears and the report is back on the reports list.

Archiving vs deleting

Archiving is reversible and keeps the report definition. If you want to remove a report permanently, use Delete instead - deleted reports cannot be recovered.
