Sandtime.io is free for unlimited users, so there is no payment to refund and nothing to return. It is an online service you use on the web, desktop and mobile, so nothing is shipped either.

How do I stop using Sandtime.io?

You can stop at any time, with no notice period and no fee. An Administrator can delete the whole organization, or remove one person by deleting their account. Both are permanent, so export any reports you want to keep first. Delete an organization or account walks through both.

What if paid plans are introduced?

If Sandtime.io introduces paid plans, they will be bought through the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store, and that store's refund policy will apply to the purchase.
