Welcome to Sandtime.io: first setup checklist

If you are setting up Sandtime.io for the first time, the fastest path is:

  1. Create or join the correct organization.
  2. Add the projects people will report time against.
  3. Invite teammates and confirm their roles.
  4. Review Settings > Time tracking, especially Core hours and Locking timesheets.
  5. Open Reports and save one or two views you expect to use often.
  • Set Core hours so dashboard goals reflect the expected workday.
  • Decide whether timesheets should auto-lock after each week.
  • Review notification preferences for overlap warnings and goal reminders.
  • Mark projects as billable or non-billable before people start reporting.
