Create and switch organizations

Sandtime.io supports multiple organizations on the same account. That means "missing" data is often just stored under another organization, not lost.

Create a new organization

Open the organization area in settings and choose the option to create a new organization. Give it a clear name before inviting members or adding projects.

Switch to another organization

Use the organization switcher in the top-right profile area. If you sign in on a new laptop or phone and do not see the expected data, this is the first thing to check.

If the data looks empty

  • Confirm you signed in with the expected email address.
  • Open the organization switcher and review all available organizations.
  • Check whether you joined a new organization but expected an older one.

Good practice

Use distinct organization names if you separate internal work, clients, or business units. That makes switching much easier and reduces confusion during support.
