Yes. Sandtime.io was built by Sanddev in 2020 after the team grew tired of time trackers that felt like surveillance tools. It has run without interruption since, with customers from the first year still tracking time today -- the Sanddev team included.

How many users can I add for free?

There is no seat limit. Add your whole team at no cost -- one person or a hundred. Every member gets the full feature set: timers, projects, timesheets, reports, multi-currency support, and custom subdomains.

Will Sandtime.io stay free?

The free plan is not a trial or a limited preview. Sandtime.io has been free since 2020 and will stay free. What is free now stays free.

Is there a nonprofit plan?

Yes. Sandtime.io has a dedicated plan for registered nonprofit organizations and NGOs. Learn more about our nonprofit plan.

Will you store my credit card information?

Sandtime.io does not currently take payments, so there is nothing to store. When the Premium plan launches, payments will be handled by Paddle under our privacy policy, and card data will not be stored on Sandtime.io servers.
