Can deleted activities be recovered?
There is no self-service restore action for deleted activities in the Sandtime.io UI.
What to do first
- check whether the activity can simply be re-entered manually,
- review notifications or exported reports if they still contain the missing details,
- note the date, duration, project, and title if you plan to contact support.
Why support may ask for details
If support tries to investigate backups or logs, precise information about the missing entry is required. "The last one" is often not enough in busy workspaces.
Practical advice
The quickest fix is usually to recreate the activity manually if you still know the important details.
